There are supplementary funds available from the Israel Study Fund, which favors graduate students. Applicants should send a letter to the Jewish Studies office requesting these funds.

Jewish Studies Funds

LaBelle Birnbaum Tenenbaum Internship Fund

This fund shall be used to support student internships in all the aspects of Jewish Studies, such as internships at the United States Holocaust Museum, at the Oxford Centre for Jewish Studies, or with an Israeli or American Jewish organization.

David R. Blumenthal Fund

This fund shall be used as an award to be given annually for the best papers and/or projects which link the knowledges, insights, values and perspectives of Jewish realities to generically human concerns in thought or action; in ethics, literature, theology, exegesis, law, or the arts.
